Policies and Rules

The following policies govern the operational, logistical, and privacy frameworks for all business transactions conducted with Asia Pro Equip (A.P.E) via www.asiaproequip.com.

1. Privacy and data protection policy (PDPA compliance)

A.P.E respects the confidentiality of our partners. We collect strictly necessary corporate information solely for the purpose of processing RFQs, fulfilling local orders, and arranging local logistics. We only share relevant delivery details with trusted local trucking partners to facilitate the delivery of your heavy machinery in Singapore or Malaysia.

2. Return, refund, and exchange policy

Due to the heavy-duty and highly technical nature of our equipment, A.P.E operates on a strict return framework. "Change of mind" returns are not accepted.

• Defective on arrival (DOA): If an item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, you must notify our local support team within 7 days, accompanied by clear video and photo evidence.

• Condition of returned goods: Any authorized return must be in its original, unused condition. Equipment that has been subjected to field use, pressurized, or modified will not be accepted.

• Restocking fee: In rare circumstances where a non-defective return is authorized by management, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. The buyer assumes all local return transport costs to our warehouse.

3. Local dispatch and availability

A.P.E specializes in distributing ready-stock industrial equipment directly from our local facilities.

• Lead times: For in-stock items, local dispatch within Singapore and Malaysia typically occurs within 1 to 3 business days after PO confirmation. We are not liable for project delays caused by severe weather or local traffic blockages.

• Backorders: If a specific model is out of stock locally, our sales team will inform you of the estimated factory lead time before generating a formal quotation.

4. Equipment safety and user compliance

Hydraulic equipment operating at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) and heavy-duty magnetic core drills are inherently dangerous if mishandled.

• Professional use only: Our tools are strictly for use by trained professionals. A.P.E provides the equipment but does not provide onsite operational training.

• Operational limits: Buyers must strictly adhere to the rated capacities of the tools. A.P.E assumes no liability for accidents or damage resulting from negligence or improper usage.

5. Quotation validity and order cancellation

• Validity: Standard formal quotations issued by A.P.E are valid for 14 days, subject to local inventory availability.

• Cancellation: Once a Purchase Order (PO) has been officially acknowledged and dispatch preparations have begun, cancellations are not permitted.
