Types of abuse to report

1. Intellectual property infringement and counterfeiting The safety of heavy-duty industrial equipment is paramount. If you discover unauthorized sellers offering counterfeit Kamiko drilling machines, or fake hydraulic tools claiming to be from A.P.E, please let us know. This includes the unauthorized use of our corporate logos, product images, or technical schematics on third-party websites.

2. Fraud, phishing, and impersonation If you receive suspicious emails, invoices, or Request for Quotation (RFQ) replies from individuals pretending to represent Asia Pro Equip, do not process any payments. Report the incident to us immediately to verify the authenticity of the communication.

3. Website misuse and spam Our RFQ and contact forms are strictly for B2B procurement purposes. Please report any instances of:

Automated spamming of our inquiry forms.
Unauthorized data scraping or extraction of our product specifications and catalogs.
Malicious activities targeting the security and stability of www.asiaproequip.com.

4. Unauthorized distribution A.P.E controls the quality and warranty of our tools through our designated local warehouses in Singapore and Malaysia. If you identify entities claiming to be official A.P.E distributors without proper authorization, please report them.

Investigation process

Upon receiving your report, the A.P.E management team will conduct a thorough investigation.
