Welcome to www.asiaproequip.com - trading internationally as Asia Pro Equip (A.P.E) ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and B2B portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. B2B application and acceptance

This platform is designed strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. The products offered, including hydraulic tools, industrial drilling machines, and related equipment, are intended for commercial, industrial, and professional use. By placing a request for quotation (RFQ) or order through www.asiaproequip.com, you represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business entity.

2. Product specifications and technical data

A.P.E strives to provide accurate technical data, load capacities (e.g., tonnage, bar pressure), and operational specifications for all tools, including OEM brands and proprietary lines like Kamiko. However, technical specifications are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer updates. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the equipment meets their specific project engineering requirements before purchase.

3. Quotations, pricing, and taxes

All prices listed or quoted by A.P.E are strictly for B2B purposes and are subject to final confirmation via a formal quotation. Because we operate from local warehouses, prices are subject to applicable local taxes, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Singapore or Sales and Service Tax (SST) in Malaysia, unless the purchasing entity is legally exempt.

4. Local delivery and transfer of risk

Delivery terms apply to local dispatch within Singapore and Malaysia. The risk of loss or damage to the heavy machinery and hydraulic equipment passes to the buyer upon delivery to the designated project site, or immediately upon loading if the buyer opts for self-collection from our local warehouses.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Products are covered only by the specific manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in the purchase contract. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.P.E disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular commercial purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall A.P.E, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our tools. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, project delays, onsite accidents, or property damage resulting from improper operational procedures or failure to adhere to safety load limits. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product defect shall not exceed the original purchase price of that specific product.

7. Intellectual property

All technical content, schematics, category descriptions, and brand assets (including the Kamiko trademark and the Asia Pro Equip logo) displayed on www.asiaproequip.com are the intellectual property of the Company or its respective manufacturers. Unauthorized extraction, copying, or commercial use of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, representing our primary corporate headquarters. Any dispute arising from these terms or commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Vietnam
